Here are some of our most asked questions:
When should I expect my order to be shipped? All orders are shipped within 3 business days excluding holidays and you will be notified via email when sent out.
Do you do custom orders and prints? We do take custom orders and also do DTF prints that you can order by visiting DTF order form under DTF products or by clicking this link. Also you may email us for more options and information.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do? First don't worry as we have you covered. Secondly, please email us so we can get the replacements sent out or if we don't currently have another in stock, a refund can issued. Please refer to this link "refund policy" to understand our process.
I still haven't received my refund? Please be patient and rest assured it's coming. We will issue most refunds within 48 hours and most banks take 3-5 days to process a refund to show in your account.
Why does the color of my soap have slight variations in color? While we try to get the colors exact as shown in the pictures, there may be slight variances in color due to being made by hand, custom just for you.
Why is one soap scent stronger than the others? This is perfectly normal and no need for concern, some scents are stronger than others and will produce more scent. Also know, that being they're handcrafted to assure your satisfaction some scents may vary between batches.
Why is my bleached look shirt not identical to the picture? While we try to assure that the bleaching process is all done the same, these are done by hand and may slightly differ. Sometimes certain material don't bleach as easily as others and therefore there may be slight variations in the bleach design.
